Garissa: Herdsman hospitalised after being attacked by buffalo

A herdsman who was taking care of his cattle was on Sunday, February 26 attacked by a stray buffalo at Bodhai Sub County in Garissa County.

Confirming the incident, Ijara KWS Warden Adan Alio mentioned that on Sunday 26, February at round 5 pm, a buffalo attacked and injured Ahmed Abdi Bilal aged 67 years at Bodhai space whereas he was herding his livestock.

The sufferer suffered deep throat accidents, face, and leg wounds. He was handled at Bodhai Bispensary and referred to Masalani District Hospital.

“His situation is steady. We will attend and confirm the identical on Monday. Extra info to comply with,” the warden mentioned.

The injured herdsman is being attended to by docs at Masalani Sub-county Referral Hospital.
