1. All votes in all polling stations in Makueni to be re-counted.
2. Audit of all equipment, system & technology and complimentary manual register used by IEBC in the gubernatorial elections.
3. Court to declare that there was non-compliance with law, irregularities and improprieties in the gubernatorial election that affected the results.
4. Court to declare that the election was not conducted in accordance with the constitution and applicable electoral law.
5. Court to declare the election invalid null and void.
6. Court to declare that Mutula Kilonzo Jr & Lucy Mulili were not validly declared as the winners in the election.
7. Court to quash the the certificate issued to Mutula Kilonzo Jr declaring him as governor elect.
8. Court to order IEBC to conduct fresh gubernatorial elections in Makueni.
