President William Ruto has requested public servants to undergo the dictates of the Structure.
He stated extra-constitutional persuasions undermine the spirit and the letter of the Structure.
The President stated public servants have to be skilled and apolitical whereas discharging their mandate.
He spoke on Monday at State Home, Nairobi, when he acquired the report of the tribunal appointed to contemplate the petition for elimination from workplace of 4 IEBC commissioners.
They had been Juliana Whonge Cherera, Francis Mathenge Wanderi, Irene Cherop Masit and Justus Abonyo Nyang’aya.
Chairman of the tribunal Justice Aggrey Muchelule stated they discharged their features into the allegations outlined within the petition towards Commissioner Masit in observance of the legislation.
“The tribunal is happy that the allegations of significant violation of the Structure and gross misconduct have been proved to the required normal,” stated Mr Muchelule.
President Ruto lauded the tribunal for his or her sense of civic obligation and expeditiously discharging their constitutional mandate.
