Transport was on Monday paralysed alongside Embu-Kanyoonyo highway in Machanga after irate locals blocked the highway to protest water scarcity within the space.
The locals declare that River Thiba which they depend upon for water has been blocked. They declare some folks have diverted water on the river to irrigate their personal farms.
